.........During the Sitio Kitay and Sibalon Island excursion the bankero told us of another spot which they simply call “ Puting Buhangin “. And so we planned another excursion….
We prepared our things once again and rented a boat but unfortunately the bankero who told us of this Puting Buhangin is gone, he left for some unkown reason…so we have to find another bankero who knows the place….and then we are on our way….
Sitio Kitay will be our jump off point before going to Puting Buhangin…we arrived in Sitio Kitay on a low tide….Our boat stayed with us this time and after a few hours we left Sitio Kitay for Puting Buhangin….but after an hour or two we were not able to find Puting Buhangin and adding insult to injury the bankero doesn’t know the place…we kept on searching for the place but we are in vain…

......Mamang bankero suggested another Puting Buhangin that they know…and so we agreed to go there….i am excited about the place that the bankero is telling us….and we sailed and sailed and sailed…then the bankero told us that we are in Puting Buhagin but much to my disappointment they took us to Awasan …..grrrrrrrr…….we refused to go there and instead we asked them to just parked the boat in the middle of the sea. Using an anchor we were able to parked in the middle of the sea and then we jumped off the boat and swim in the deep open sea….
........We left the place to head home but because some of our friends are scared of the deep open sea, we again asked them to find a spot where some of our friends can swim before going home….they took us once again to another spot….but when I jumped into the water I immediately felt pain, I jumped into a pile of coral rocks…it sucks….there were only three of us in the water….and all of us got wounded but luckily only minor cuts…this time I wasn’t happy about this jump so I suggested that we must go home now….and so we did…..we arrived in the town proper around 5-6pm and the sunset is spectacular.

........I got off the boat to take pictures and it looked good and after that we finally walked home…..it is not actually an outstanding excursion but we came up with outstanding photos, that we can be proud of……this also the time when my friend Paolo suggested to create a group and we all agreed on the name Tagkawayan Trippers-TKT…..
